If you’re going to a cookout or barbecue this weekend, or anytime the rest of the summer, then you may just want to take something you know is light in calories considering pretty much everything else there will be pretty heavy fare.
Let’s take a look at a Strawberry and Feta Salad…
Makes: 4 servings
Prep Time: 5 minutes
1 – 5oz bag of Mixed Baby Greens
1 cup sliced Fresh Strawberries
½ cup Low Fat Feta Cheese
3 tbsp Chopped Walnuts, toasted
¼ cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
Combine all ingredients, except dressing, in a large bowl. Add dressing just before serving; mix lightly.
