Hope you’re doing great!
Instead of another awesome and informative fitness blog post from me today, I’m turning the tables around and I want to hear from YOU!
We are very close to summer time, and that is where, lazy days in the sun, plans NOT involving fitness, vacations and indulgent eating (and drinking) come into play.
If you don’t have any goals set for the next few months then things can go south in a hurry, and before you know it September is here and you feel like you didn’t make any progress at all (or even backtracked a little).
Of course, you’ll be coming in for your workouts because you’ve got me here to help you, but it still comes down to you and your entire program.
So, what fitness and/or fat loss goals do you plan on accomplishing over the next few months?
You can think about it some and reply to this email or you can tell me when you come in for your next session.
Either way, I want you to also write it down and post it in at least three areas you visit on a daily basis (bathroom, kitchen, etc.) so that you are reminded of what you set out for yourself.
